TOM HONAN

Chair
Tom Honan is Vice-President, Information Technology at Evangelical Christian Credit Union. He has spent the past 10 years in the financial services industry. Prior to that, he established and ran the North American IT Shared Services operation for a major manufacturer.

KATIE SKELTON

Vice Chair
Katie Skelton RN, NEA, BC is a nursing executive with twenty-seven years of hospital operations experience. She is currently Vice President of Patient Care Services and Chief Nursing Officer at St Joseph Hospital in Orange, California. Prior to joining the St Joseph Health System, Katie had spent 16 years at the City of Hope National Medical Center, a cancer research and tertiary referral center.

CHUCK WALKER

Secretary
As the Vice President of Professional Services at Arbela Technologies Corp., Chuck Walker is a proven problem solver with over 28 years of experience assisting manufacturing, distribution, construction and services companies on business strategy, efficiency and profit improvements. Chuck provides strong expertise on the strategic use of technology and associated business process improvements.

MARCIA CHOO

With an emphasis on Social Enterprise and non‐profit management, Marcia has worked in the private and public sectors as well as holding teaching assignments. Currently, she serves as Vice President of Community Development at Wells Fargo Bank working on issues of affordable housing, workforce development, small business development, financial education and veterans services focused on low‐to‐moderate income communities. She held director level positions at two national museums and in municipal government. She holds a MSSW from Columbia University and a Bachelor of Arts from UCLA. She serves on the Boards of Genesis LA (CDFI) and Taller San Jose Hope Builders.

ANDRÉ DE LA CRUZ

André De La Cruz a registered patent attorney, primarily focuses on intellectual property litigation, patent and trademark prosecution, counseling, and licensing with Troutman Sanders of Irvine. His practice also includes experience with trade secrets, general litigation, and the representation of clients before the International Trade Commission in Section 337 investigations. André also manages large-scale electronic discovery teams, leveraging his background in Computer Science and engineering to the fullest extent.

CARLOS GONZALEZ

Carlos has been in construction since 1995. He joined Clark in 2001 where he has led the construction of more than $1 billion in projects. As the regional executive officer, he oversees construction operations, preconstruction, and business development in Clark’s Southern California region. He has served as a volunteer in the construction program sharing about his experience as a child of immigrants encouraging program participants to advance their education. His father grew up in a remote town in Mexico, moved to Guadalajara, where he became a doctor. His mother once sold food door-to-door eventually becoming an accountant for a large corporation.

JON GOTHOLD

Partner, Executive Creative Director at Amusement Park Brands—Jon leads their creative departments. With over 35 years in the advertising business, Jon’s efforts have been recognized by the industry’s most prestigious awards competitions.

KATHY KRAMER

Kathy has a diverse background with leadership experience in the areas of strategic planning, sales & marketing, venue operations, production of major events and corporate sponsorship. Her latest position was with Northlands in Edmonton, Alberta, Canada where she was the Vice President of Business Operations. Previously, she was Deputy Director of the Phoenix Convention Center and Venues, Vice President of Convention Sales & Marketing for Century Link Center in Omaha, Midwest Regional Director of Sales & Marketing for Six Continents Hotels and Resorts and Director of Sales & Marketing for Harrah’s Casino and Hotel. She holds a CFE (Certified Facility Executive) from the International Association of Venue Managers and is a Certified Meeting Professional (CMP).

SISTER EILEEN MCNERNEY, CSJ

Founder
Sister Eileen McNerney currently serves as Asst. General Superior on the General Council for the CSJ of which she is a member. In 1995, she founded Taller San Jose Hope Builders. During her tenure she has raised more than $25 million in support of this mission. KEN MILLER

Mr. Miller is an executive vice president and portfolio manager at PIMCO in the Newport Beach office. Prior to joining PIMCO in 1996 he was with ABN AMRO as a structured finance analyst responsible for commercial mortgage‐ and asset‐backed securities cash flow modeling. Ken is a Chartered Financial Analyst with 22 years of investment experience and holds an MBA from the Marshall School of Business at the University of Southern California. He received an undergraduate degree from the University of California, Berkeley, and is also a graduate of Jesuit High School in NewOrleans, LA, which is his hometown

RICK NOGUEIRA

Rick is the Market Manager of Chase’s Middle Market Banking group serving Orange County and Inland Empire. In this capacity, he provides leadership and financial solutions to companies with revenues between $20 million and $500 million. A 23-year banking veteran in Southern California, Rick has spent more than 15 years of that time dedicated to Middle Market Banking.

JEFFREY RANDOLPH

Past Chair
Jeff Randolph is Principal, CFO, and CCO at Affinity Investment Advisors for a team of investment professionals that manage approximately $2.7 billion of client assets. He was the founder and president of Avalon Financial Group, a regional investment/advisory firm active in commercial real estate investments. Jeff is a licensed real estate broker and member of ICSC and MBA. He’s also the co-founder and executive committee member of Building Block Foundation Fund, a philanthropy that brings together commercial real estate professionals to support a common goal.

KATHLEEN D. RODIN

Kathleen Rodin is an attorney in private practice in Corona del Mar, California representing a number of companies throughout Orange County—including Anaheim Ducks Hockey Club, LLC; Anaheim Arena Management, LLC; The Rinks and Orange County High School of the Arts. Born and raised in Santa Ana, she is a member of the State Bar of California and serves as Secretary of the American Corporate Counsel Association Sports and Entertainment Committee.

SHAWNA SMITH

Ex Officio
Shawna Smith is the Executive Director at Taller San Jose Hope Builders. Since joining the staff in 1998, Shawna has held various roles and led the development of numerous strategic initiatives including successfully managing the transition of the organization’s founding director in 2008. She spent a year as a Jesuit Volunteer living and working among the poor of Central Orange County providing emergency assistance services to families on the edge of homelessness. In 2012, she was named one of 40 Under 40 in Orange County by the OC Metro.

LARRY STOFKO

Larry Stofko is the Executive Vice President of the Innovation Institute for St. Joseph Health System. With more than 20 years of experience in healthcare information technology, he was recently honored with CIO Magazine’s inaugural Ones to Watch award as an up-and-coming IT executive.Through his leadership in performance improvement and adoption of innovative clinical and business technologies, St. Joseph Health has been consistently ranked in the top 100 companies by Information Week.

JON STORBECK

Jon Storbeck was recently hired as the new General Manager of Knott’s Berry Farm. Before joining the Cedar Fair Entertainment Company, he had a distinguished career of more than 30 years at The Walt Disney Company. As an operations executive with proven success leading teams in customer facing businesses to produce profitable growth and build brand value. Prior to his most recent role overseeing operations and security for Hotels and Downtown Disney with Disneyland Resort, Jon served as Vice President, Disneyland Park, where he oversaw approximately 7,000 Cast Members who make up the Attractions, Custodial, Guest Relations, Stores, Food and Beverage and Security/Emergency Services teams across the Park.

GEORGE URCH

George Urch of George Urch & Associates has over 30 years of political, public policy, public affairs, communications and public relations experience; Mr. Urch has worked in the U.S. Senate, U.S. House of Representatives, California State Senate and California State Assembly for a variety of elected officials. He’s also worked as a Director for the Orange County Transportation Authority (OCTA), as Deputy Airport Director for Orange County’s John Wayne Airport, as Public Information Officer for the City of Ontario and as Director of Public Affairs for Frank Wilson & Associates.

KEVIN WIJAYAWICKRAMA

Kevin is a Principal at Deloitte and leads Deloitte’s healthcare industry sector in the West Region of the United States of America. He has significant experience in leading large risk management and healthcare reform strategy projects, developing internal audit and risk mitigation methodology and executing internal audit services and enterprise risk assessments for a variety of organizations in the Health Sciences sector. He also serves as the risk management and healthcare reform advisor in many of Deloitte’s large external financial audit client teams.
