ABOUT OUR INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY PROGRAM

Join our IT training program where you will gain experience to become an IT Support Specialist or Help Desk Technician. Here’s how it works:

LEARN basic technical and life skills from Hope Builders and receive a stipend each week for 16 weeks

WHAT YOU’LL LEARN

  • Building Office and Home Networks
  • Computer Maintenance
  • Customer Service
  • Help Desk Skills
  • Operating Systems
  • Microsoft Word/Excel/PowerPoint
  • Technical Support

EARN an hourly wage for at least 384 hours as you specialize your skills in a paid internship. Also, earn 17.5 college credits through co-enrollment at Santa Ana College where you will receive Help Desk Certification and preparation for the CompTIA

WORK and earn an income with the 6 months of continuous support to help advance your career


PROGRAM REQUIREMENTS

In order to enroll, applicants must:

  • Be 18-28 at time of application
  • Have right-to-work documents
  • Speak, read and write English
  • Pass a drug test
  • Have a driver license or be in the process of obtaining one (we can help)
