- Behavior Technician Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
- Pre-K or substitute teacher
- High School Diploma or GED
- No felonies or misdemeanors
- Be between 18-28 years old
- Be able to pass a drug test
- Provide a valid California ID
- Show a social security card (We accept DACA or work permit)
- Behavior Technician certification
- Instructional Aide Proficiency Exam Prep*
- On-site hands-on work experience
- Virtual reality training through CHOC
- Identify different principles of child development
- Notice common characteristics of Autism Spectrum Disorder
- Articulate components of a Behavioral Intervention Plan
- Reinforce positive behaviors
- Manage your time, personal demands and roadblocks—to be a reliable, dependable employee
- Maintain good working relationships with your colleagues
- Bounce back from difficulty in a timely manner
