Dear Community Members,
Hope Builders urgently needs your help. I am particularly worried that our current trainees, who have demonstrated so much progress to date, risk falling even further behind.
To make matters worse, Hope Builders has postponed its annual Builder’s Luncheon and is also projecting lower revenue through its social enterprise, leading to an anticipated shortfall of almost $300,000 through the end of June.
This week, Hope Builders began offering virtual case management, therapy, employment readiness and life skills training. Our staff is ready and able to support trainees, who are faced with an extended job search, are afraid of losing their housing or are trying to maintain sobriety.
Your support today means that Hope Builders’ trainees can continue their progress virtually so that when normal operations resume they are ready to move into a career.
Thank you for your ongoing commitment to Hope Builders. Your generosity makes a significant difference in the lives of our trainees. I hope that you and your family remain healthy and safe during this global crisis.
