10 Days for Launching Careers Ignites Support, Raising $802,685 in 10 Days
Hope Builders, an organization dedicated to bridging the gap between young adults in need of mentorship and employers requiring skilled workers, is proud to announce the remarkable success of their recent fall campaign, 10 Days for Launching Careers. This unique fundraising initiative raised an impressive $802,685 in just ten days, without the traditional pressure of auctions or paddle raises. To kick off the campaign, members of the community gathered for a private screening event of a short-film documentary highlighting the struggles, resilience, and transformation of Hope Builders’ trainees.
Event Overview
The private screening event, held in Corona Del Mar, allowed attendees to immerse themselves in the Hope Builders’ mission and impact by following three Hope Builders’ alumni as they shared their experiences along the Hope Builders Student Journey, successfully transforming themselves into skilled workers and Hope Builders within their communities.
Fundraising Success
Following the kickoff event, Hope Builders leveraged the power of email campaigns and social media to continue telling these inspiring stories.
