Hope Builders is proud to name The Palmer Family Foundation as Premier sponsors of 10 Days for Launching Careers. 

Since 2001, both Greg and Sally have been inspired by the stories of resilience and triumph from Hope Builders’ young adults. Together, Greg and Sally raise funds and awareness for Hope Builders within the community to ensure the organization unlocks the greatness in Orange County’s youth who seek direction to find a stable career path.  

In 2018, Greg assisted with the development and re-launch of Hope Builders Career Connections (HBCC)—the organization’s staffing agency. “Hope Builders’ successful addition of a social enterprise model is inspiring. Their graduates— who are trained, vetted and supported—are very rare and difficult to find in the community. Their ability to link this talent to great jobs adds tremendous value to employers looking for good talent that’s going to stick around and be productive for a long time.” Greg elaborates, “it’s not easy to change your business model. Hope Builders is not relying on what they did 25 years ago. They’re planning for their future and meeting the challenge head on.”
