For three decades, Hope Builders has been dedicated to unlocking the greatness of young adults in our community. We remain laser-focused on empowering youth with the skills and mentorship needed to open doors to rewarding careers and more hopeful futures.

With over 7,000 lives transformed, we’ve witnessed firsthand the incredible impact of the right tools and support on a young person’s life. Ultimately, Hope Builders’ graduates make valuable contributions to their families, communities, and workplaces.

We’ve achieved this impact through innovative programs designed to bridge the gap between young adults disconnected from the workforce and employers in need of skilled, motivated talent.

Looking ahead, in 2025, we’ll provide a pathway forward for another 300 young adults. Through tailored training and mentorship, Hope Builders will help them realize their full potential before connecting them to local employers—building a more skilled and motivated workforce for Orange County.
