Guaranty Chevrolet- Making a Difference in its Community

“When anyone attends Hope Builders’ event in September, they always walk away with astonishment,” said Bruce Hamlin, owner of Guaranty Chevrolet.

The crowd was filled with excitement as Bruce Hamlin took the stage to announce the winner of a 2019 Chevrolet Camaro 2SS or a 2019 Chevrolet Traverse Premier. Since 2002, Guaranty Chevrolet has been a premier sponsor of Hope Builders’ annual Light Up a Life Gala, donating the winner’s choice of two Chevrolet cars. This year’s raffle winner, Doug Skelton, picked the 2019 Chevrolet Traverse Premier, the midsize SUV perfect for a family and adventure seekers.

“The lives that Hope Builders is changing, the impact it has on the community is unbelievable,” said Bruce Hamlin. “Not only are the employees of Hope Builders great people, but the young adults that they impact have become good people and good citizens.”

Bruce and his wife Cindy Hamlin, have been involved with Hope Builders in various capacities for 17 years, including serving on the board of directors and employing Hope Builders’ graduates.

“We feel it’s our duty as a business to continue to support Hope Builders,” said Bruce Hamlin. “They are in our community and it continues to be a win-win for everyone.”

With over $53,000 raised in raffle ticket sales, Hope Builders is grateful for the generosity of the Hamlin family and is honored to recognize Guaranty Chevrolet as a 2019 Light Up a Life premier sponsor.
