2022 Year in Review

On behalf of the team at Hope Builders, please know that it is truly our pleasure to connect the young people who come through Hope Builders’ doors each day to a pathway forward. With your support we equip each trainee with the job skills, life skills training and mentorship needed to meet the needs of local employers. Our graduates have successfully launched their careers in the medical or construction industries.

Each day we remain laser focused on our promise to help our trainees solve for the hurdles life throws their way.  As a result, since 1995, we’ve transformed the lives of 6,000 young people in Orange County. We like to say “the proof is in the placements”—97% of graduates are employed and 80% retain their employment for at least 6 months.
