As the above Hope Builders’ Student Journey depicts, the time from submitting an application to securing a job in a career pathway—entering the Career Builder Stage—can take a young person 12 weeks or 12 months.

No matter the duration, the Hope Builders team is committed to providing the mentorship, skills training and job placement support needed until every ready candidate secures a job within a career pathway. Accomplishments of our most recent Career Builder candidates from our 78^th construction and 19^th healthcare training cohorts are highlighted below:

• 67% of the young adults who demonstrated the healthcare skills and readiness to enter the workforce have launched their careers at Providence and Central City Community Health Center earning an average starting wage of $23.43 per hour.

• 83% of the young adults who demonstrated the construction skills and readiness to enter the workforce have launched their careers at KHS&S, Sunwest Electric, 24HRC, Borbon Inc Painting & Wall, WL Butler earning an average starting wage of $19.05 per hour.
