Unlocking Greatness: Q2 FY25 Update
As you may recall from the Q1 update, Hope Builders remains laser focused on launching young adults on pathways to prosperity through the four distinct stages of the Student Journey – Applicant, Trainee, Career Builder, and Hope Builder. From July 1st through December 31st, we’ve continued to make progress across each stage:
- Applicant:
- In this initial stage, Hope Builders carefully vets each applicant to assess readiness and invites qualified candidates to orientation.
- 630 young adults submitted applications to Hope Builders.
- Trainee:
- In the second stage, Hope Builders offers mentorship and skills training in construction, clinical medical assisting, and childhood development to prepare young adults for the workforce.
- 140 qualified candidates enrolled in Hope Builders’ healthcare and construction training programs.
- Career Builder:
- The third stage focuses on helping candidates who have completed their training to secure employment in a career pathway
- 132 individuals successfully completed training and began their job search.
- Hope Builder:
- In the final stage, Hope Builders offers six months of follow-up support to both employers and candidates to ensure long-term job retention.
- 68 individuals achieved six months of job retention.
