By partnering with Hope Builders for more than 20 years, they have equipped thousands of young people with the skills, training, and confidence they need to thrive in the workforce. Their ongoing investment ensures that young adults in our community can continue to take their first steps toward stable, meaningful careers.

One of those young adults is Edwin. While working long overnight shifts as a machine operator, he dreamed of a brighter future but wasn’t sure how to begin. At Hope Builders, he gained the hands-on construction skills that prepared him for success in the field, along with the confidence to set goals, collaborate as part of a team, and stay committed to building a strong career. After finishing training, Edwin successfully found a job in plumbing that pays him $20/hour and offers opportunity for advancement.

Edwin shares, “At Hope Builders, I’ve been able to pursue a meaningful career and change the direction of my life. I’m committed to being the best worker I can be.”
