Clark Construction: Investing in the Next Generation of Construction Workers

Hope Builders extends heartfelt thanks to Clark Construction for their generosity as a Premier Level supporter. Their partnership exemplifies what it means to invest in the future workforce.

Each year, Clark Construction helps expand Hope Builders’ impact by cohosting the Builder’s Luncheon, connecting local subcontractors with our mission. This year, they also opened a job site for our construction trainees, giving them a real-world look at career opportunities in the field. Additionally, Regional Executive Officer Carlos Gonzalez serves as Hope Builders’ Board Chair, providing strategic leadership that drives our mission forward.

Because of Clark Construction’s leadership, young adults like Daniel are building pathways to prosperity. Before joining Hope Builders, Daniel felt lost and without direction, influenced by bad choices and a challenging home life. His time at Hope Builders taught him professional skills—like assertiveness and workplace confidence—as well as hands-on construction techniques he never imagined he could master.

After completing training, Daniel quickly found employment with a local carpentry company, putting the skills he learned to work in his chosen field. His goal now is to build a stable career in carpentry, while ensuring his future family doesn’t face the struggles he once did.
