The Bright Future Foundation Helps Build Pathways to Prosperity

Hope Builders is deeply grateful to The Bright Future Foundation for its commitment to creating opportunity for young adults. Through their generous support, trainees are gaining access to high-quality career training, mentorship, and job placement services that open the door to living-wage employment and long-term stability.

For trainees like Angel, this support has been life-changing. At 22 years old, Angel felt stuck in a low-paying job with no opportunity for advancement. He wanted more for his future but didn’t know how to take the first step. At Hope Builders, Angel gained the hands-on training and industry knowledge needed to launch a career in construction. After completing the program, Hope Builders’ social enterprise staffing agency, HBCC, placed him in a general contracting job with W.L. Butler, where he now earns $24 an hour and is building a path toward long-term growth.

“If I didn’t hear about Hope Builders I would probably still be stuck and not have the confidence to move forward,” Angel shares. “I thank you for helping me find a passion for a career I never thought I’d get into, and I deeply appreciate the opportunity you have given me.”
