Most recently he served as the Senior Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer for Golden State Foods (GSF)—a $6B global company. Dr. Rodriguez earned a Ph.D. in Education with an Emphasis on Leadership from Chapman University, a master’s degree in Communication Management from USC, and a bachelor’s degree from the University of California at Santa Barbara. He also received an Executive Certificate in Leadership Coaching from Georgetown University, obtained a Certification of Global Human Resources Professional from HRCI, and is a DDI Master Certified Trainer.
