BRUCE YOUNG
Director Executive Director, JPMorgan Chase & Co.
Bruce is an experienced Commercial Banker with over 25 years of experience. In his current role with JP Morgan Chase, he manages larger middle market banking relationships and has had specific industry leadership roles in the restaurant and waste verticals. Prior to JPMorgan, Bruce was a Managing Director at First Bank, where he led and managed their Southern California Commercial Banking Team. Prior to this, he spent 17+ years as a Managing Director at Bank of the West.
Prior board service includes the Children’s Hunger Fund and Mariners Church. Bruce remains active in both organizations where he serves as an Elder at Mariners Church and travels on various missions’ trips with the Children’s Hunger Fund. Bruce is an alumnus of Pepperdine University.

Ed is an accomplished human resources leader with a strong focus on developing talent and preparing organizations for change. He has held several prominent human resources positions for more than two decades, including at Sheraton, PepsiCo and Ventura Foods. Most recently he served as the Senior Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer for Golden State Foods (GSF)—a $6B global company. Dr. Rodriguez earned a Ph.D. in Education with an Emphasis on Leadership from Chapman University, a master’s degree in Communication Management from USC, and a bachelor’s degree from the University of California at Santa Barbara. He also received an Executive Certificate in Leadership Coaching from Georgetown University, obtained a Certification of Global Human Resources Professional from HRCI, and is a DDI Master Certified Trainer.

He is the founder of Avalon Financial Group, a regional investment/advisory firm active in commercial real estate investments. He is a licensed real estate broker and member of ICSC and MBA. Additionally, Jeff is the co-founder and executive committee member of Building Block Foundation Fund, a philanthropic organization for the commercial real estate industry that brings together real estate professionals to support a common goal.
