DreamCraft Brings Heroes of Hope to Life
Hope Builders is proud to recognize DreamCraft, along with Steve and Shelly Amato, for their generous support of the Heroes of Hope celebration that kicked off this year’s 10 Days for Launching Careers campaign.
Thanks to the production and in-kind donation of DreamCraft’s museum-quality displays, attendees experienced an immersive, inspiring environment where they could explore the history of Hope Builders, see the milestones of our programs, and connect with the courage and determination of the young people we serve. Their exhibits helped transform the event into an interactive celebration of growth, resilience, and achievement, allowing every participant to engage fully and walk away motivated to support the heroic journeys that happen every day at Hope Builders.
DreamCraft’s generosity creates a real impact for the next generation of heroes, like Jeremiah. Growing up, Jeremiah struggled in school, and he did not see a path to success for himself after graduation. Although he looked for work, doors were shut on him due to his lack of experience and confidence.
After completing Hope Builders’ Construction Training Program, he was connected to a job through HBCC, our social enterprise staffing agency. In order to ensure Jeremiah’s long-term success, HBCC continues to support him with check-ins and coaching, and also regularly checks in with his employer for feedback. He shares, “Because of Hope Builders, I am now confident in the workforce. My goal is to build a successful career in the construction industry by continuing to grow my skills and earning certifications that will strengthen my qualifications.”
Thank you, DreamCraft, for helping us celebrate and empower young people, like Jeremiah, to launch their careers with confidence!
