Hope Builders Celebrates Milestones at Advancement Ceremony

On February 10th, Hope Builders gathered trainees, graduates, and their loved ones to recognize important milestones achieved by young adults preparing for careers in construction and healthcare. The Advancement Ceremony highlighted progress made along the Student Journey from August to December 2025, and honored the dedication required to build both technical expertise and professional confidence.

Participants who received a Training Certificate completed rigorous instruction in construction, medical assisting, and child development, demonstrating mastery of industry-specific competencies as well as the workplace skills essential for long-term success.

• 64 young adults received a Training Certificate

The Career Builder Certificate was awarded to graduates who have taken the next step into employment within their chosen field, applying what they learned in training to real-world settings and beginning to establish their professional paths.

• 42 young adults received a Career Builder Certificate

Hope Builder Certificates were presented to those who have maintained employment for at least six months, reflecting stability, persistence, and the lasting value of the program’s support model.
