This week, the Orange County Business Journal (OCBJ) named Hope Builders’ 2023 10 Days for Launching Careers event as a top 5 Unique Event in their 2024 Charity Event Guide (page 54).

Cheril Hendry, CEO & Owner of Brandtailers, and Tim Blett, CEO & Partner of eMaxx Partners, led Hope Builders’ creative and fundraising efforts to ensure another successful event in support of Hope Builders’ mentorship, life skills and job skills training programs. Join us in celebrating this honor by revisiting Jared Emerson’s live art performance and highlights from the inspiring campaign kickoff event.

As you may recall, Jessica, a graduate of Hope Builder’s Child Development training program, shared her story of hope as part of the campaign.  We are proud to announce that last week, Jessica celebrated her fourth month of employment as a Para-educator. During her short tenure, Jessica’s work ethic and skills were recognized and resulted a $2 an hour wage increase.
