JPMORGAN CHASE: A LONG-TIME PARTNER IN SOLVING THE SKILLS GAP

jpm

JPMorgan Chase is once again a Premier Sponsor of Hope Builders’ Light Up A Life gala on Saturday, September 16, 2017. JPMorgan Chase will join nearly 550 Orange County business leaders and philanthropists to celebrate the amazing transformations their support makes possible in the lives of 550 Orange County youth each year.

Since 2009, JPMorgan Chase has partnered with Hope Builders to help close the skills gap between disadvantaged youth and local employers who need skilled, reliable workers. JPMorgan Chase employees support Hope Builders’ trainees through participation in mock interviews and serving on Hope Builders’ Board of Directors. Additionally, JPMorgan Chase generously supports Hope Builders with funding through its New Skills at Work initiative.

“Seeing the impact we’ve been able to make in people’s lives is remarkable and truly inspiring” states Rick Nogueira, head of JPMorgan Chase’s Middle Market Banking in Orange County and former member of Hope Builders’ Board of Directors. “I am excited to continue to partner with Hope Builders to increase economic opportunity for disadvantaged youth in Orange County.”

Hope Builders is extremely grateful for the longtime support of JPMorgan Chase and its commitment to equipping disadvantaged youth with the skills needed to enter the workforce.
