Seven Hope Builders’ Trainees Interviewing for Immediate Job Openings

It’s been another busy week at Hope Builders as we continue to get Orange County’s young people back to work.

Seven Hope Builders’ trainees requested for immediate job openings.
Hope Builders’ employment services team regularly connects with employment partners to ensure we are their first source for talent. These efforts paid off this week with requests for interviews with seven of our current construction academy trainees by various employer partners.

Matching employers to motivated and qualified talent is our top priority.
To ensure we match each opening with a motivated and qualified young adult, the entire team that provides Hope Builders’ trainees with mentorship, job skills and training convenes to select the most promising candidates for interviews.

It’s up to the young adults to shine.
Once trainees are prepped and scheduled for their virtual job interviews, it’s up to them to convey their readiness to join the workforce, which they do with poise and confidence.
