State Farm Helps Young Adults Realize Their Dreams

Hope Builders is grateful for State Farm’s commitment to creating pathways to prosperity for Orange County’s youth and their 2025 grant. Their generous support empowers trainees with the training, mentorship and resources needed to launch upwardly-mobile careers.

This grant will create opportunities for young people, like Bianca, to realize their dreams. At age 23, Bianca applied to Hope Builders hoping for an opportunity to achieve goals that seemed unreachable: a job that could support her family and the ability to purchase her first car. Hope Builders helped her develop the hard skills to launch a career as a medical assistant, and helped her address the barriers that were holding her back. Today, Bianca is a medical assistant earning $40,000 annually, equipped with the tools to reach her long-term goals in the medical field. She is also saving to buy a car. Bianca shares, “Thank you for giving me the chance to change my life!”
