Unlocking Greatness: FY25 Impact

Hope Builders is dedicated to unlocking the full potential of young adults in our community. In FY25 (July 1, 2024 – June 30, 2025), Hope Builders achieved the following milestones for each stage of the Student Journey, pictured above:

1. Applicant:

1. • During the first stage of the Student Journey, Hope Builders carefully screens and assesses each applicant’s readiness, inviting qualified individuals to attend orientation.
   • 1251 young adults submitted applications for admission to Hope Builders.
2. Trainee:
   • During this stage, participants engage in comprehensive skills training and mentorship in one of three high-demand sectors: construction, clinical medical assisting or child development.
   • 282 qualified candidates enrolled in one of Hope Builders’ 12- 20 week training programs.
3. Career Builder:
   • Upon successful completion of training, participants begin the job search process, aiming to secure employment within their chosen career pathway. They continue to receive individualized coaching and placement support from the agency’s social enterprise staffing agency, Hope Builders Career Connections (HBCC).
   • 254 individuals successfully completed training and began their career search with support from HBCC.
4. Hope Builder:
   • In the final stage, Hope Builders provides six months of follow-up support to both the graduate and employer to ensure long-term job retention and career growth.
   • 165 individuals reached the milestone of six months of sustained employment.
