Unlocking Greatness: Q1 FY25 Update 

Hope Builders exists to unlock the greatness of young adults in our community. 

In the first quarter of FY25 (July 1 through September 30), Hope Builders achieved the following milestones for each stage of the Student Journey, pictured above: 

1. Applicant: 
   • During the first stage of the Student Journey, Hope Builders vets and screens each applicant for readiness and invites qualified candidates to orientation. 
   • 403 young adults submitted applications to Hope Builders.  

2. Trainee:  
   • In the second stage, Hope Builders provides mentorship and skills training in construction, clinical medical assisting and childhood development to ensure young adults are prepared for the workforce. 
   • 90 qualified candidates enrolled in Hope Builders’ healthcare and construction training programs.   

3. Career Builder:  
   • The goal of the third stage is for candidates who have completed training to secure a job within a career pathway. 
   • 57 individuals successfully completed training and began their career search. 

4. Hope Builder:  
   • In the final stage of the Student Journey, Hope Builders provides six months of follow-up services to both the employer and candidate to ensure job retention. 
   • 77 graduates successfully launched their careers. Another 37 people, previously placed, achieved six months of job retention.
