Michael Konetzke, DPR Construction’s Southern California Business Unit Leader, states, “DPR believes in Hope Builders’ mission to empower young adults with mentorship and job skills training. Like the DPR team, we are working together to improve the industry by preparing its future leaders for the workforce.”

Under Michael’s leadership, DPR Construction and co-hosts Clark Construction Group and McCarthy Building Companies, raised program awareness and more than $155,000 in support of Hope Builders’ construction training program at the 2022 Builder’s Luncheon! At the luncheon, Michael shared his own “first day of work” story recaptured below.
